Cindy built a successful career over 25 years as a CPA, CFO, and CEO serving small, mid-size and Fortune 500 clients with global operations, ranging from sophisticated start-ups to billion-dollar enterprises.

Based on that deep expertise, Cindy founded Thinc Strategy to help business leaders and their management teams intentionally define, expand and realize their value. Having owned six successful privately held companies herself, Cindy has lived the risks and rewards of building, leading and transitioning a business, and she knows how to find the opportunities buried in the challenges.
